Nicki Minaj on Top of UK Charts

Nicki Minaj scored her first U.K. bestseller as “Pink Friday — Roman Reloaded” opened at the top of the charts. The album now has the leading spot.

Minaj’s first album “Pink Friday” debuted at No. 34 in the U.K. in December 2010 and climbed as high as No. 16 last August. It’s still on this week’s Official Charts Company survey, falling 30-40, but is eclipsed by Minaj’s sophomore set, which opened at the summit ahead of Labrinth’s “Electronic Earth,” with Adele’s “21” leaps back up another place at No. 3.
